![]() If I got a stiffer mouse pad (no cloth but instead a hard surface), this mouse would zing across. ![]() ![]() It also means I can push the mouse to the side without digging into the felt surface of the mouse pad (i.e., less resistance). This means I won't be bothered with pads that wear off or fall off. Instead of just 4 wee pads at the corners of the mouse for sliding upon, this has an oval slide pad that goes around the the front and back. Folks with short stubs might not like the longer reach. This is more what I call a full-sized mouse, not a compact, notebook, or compact mouse. This one is longer so my fingers don't have to curl down while my palm rests on its 'b'ump (replace 'b' with 'h' to know what part I'm talking about - yeah, Newegg's childish censoring). Pros: Not the undersized mice you often find which really should be labelled "notebook" mice.
